Do you ever go into your work week feeling like you haven't rested? Yoga Nidra (rest meditation) helps us to go to a deeper place in ourselves and detox from stress. It also allows us to reset negative patterns and beliefs so that we can feel more constructive, connected and positive.
Each week we set an intention and work with a theme to help us remember what is important in our week. The theme gives us a frame of reference and a way to respond to what happens in our daily lives constructively and creatively.
We start each session with singing to connect to our bodies, our voices and ourselves in an organic way. Singing reconnects us to our joy and helps us process feelings we may not have been in touch with. It also connects us as a community as we breathe and sound as one (it even synchronises our heartbeats!).
